The Sporting ’93 Girls white team scored 9 goals in 3 games to place as the highest point team in the Championship game at District II Cup this weekend. After a 1-1 tie in regulation, and two overtime periods with no goals, it came down to a penalty kick shootout. In addition to the great performance in the District II Cup, the Sporting ’93 Parents and Players raised over $800 dollars this weekend kicking off this years “Goals For A Cure” month.
